RETURNS

We offer exchanges for all orders accompanied with a receipt! You have 14 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  We do not refund original shipping costs.  The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Options are USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. All eligible returns will need an authorization number.  Email all return requests to orders@redsquareclothingco.com.  Returns sent without an authorization number will not receive a store credit and will not be eligible for exchange.

 

Eligible items: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Jewelry, Accessories, intimates, & any items discounted greater than 20% are immediately deemed final sale.  All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All items that are mailed to us without authorization will be donated to a local charity after 60 days of receiving the item. 

 

SHIPPING

 

Orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Monday - Friday before 12pm CST. All orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be fulfilled the following Monday.  We do not ship on federal and state recognized holidays.  Your item will ship the following business day.

 

STORE CREDIT

Refunds will be issued in a form of a store credit or exchange only. Returns/Exchanges will only be issued 14 days from the fulfillment date. NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Please note it may take up to 7 business days to receive your store credit. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of your order.  Please email us at admin@redsquareclothingco.com with photos of the damaged item.

Items not qualified as damaged are subject to but not limited to color variation due to computer monitor resolution, light and photography lenses.
